- Products must be in original packaging
- Items must be suitable for resale condition

We aim to make returns simple and stress-free. Once your returned item is received, it will be processed within 4–7 days.

- Once received, we inspect and process your return within 4–7 days

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 2–3 weeks.

4. Exchange Policy

- Free EMS Shipping: 12–24 days – free for orders over $50
